Click and Collect orders vary according to stock availability. Delivery is not charged for click and collect orders.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2.00pm on the same day.
On all standard deliveries, please allow 3-6 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched.
Express shipping orders need to be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery to UK mainland. Express deliveries require a signature.
Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday may be processed the following working day.
Please note: Saturday and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. For this reason, anything ordered on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday, and anything ordered from Friday afternoon up until Monday morning may be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Please note that during sale or busy periods delivery can take 5-7 working days.
What if I am not at home when they deliver?
We recommend you use an address where there will be someone to receive the delivery. For many people, this will be a work address.
However, if you are out, the normal procedure is for the delivery service to leave a ‘”While You Were Out” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.
Baroc does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
